Get an extra probiotic bolus to keep your gut happy and healthy. We incubate our grain free raw milk for 24 hours at 100-110 degrees F, after adding active cultures. We then thicken it by straining off some of the whey. This is for a quart of yogurt delivered to your choice of drop off sites each week.
