Use this list to help you at least choose the foods best to switch to organic. Ideally, ALL fruits and veggies should be organic, but if buying such is too cost prohibitive, at least change these.

Conventionally grown peaches, apples, sweet bell peppers, celery, nectarines, strawberries, cherries, pears, imported grapes, spinach, lettuce and potatoes contain the highest levels of pesticides, according to the Environmental Work Group (EWG), a nonprofit research organization in Washington, D.C.
